This is a large, waterfront home on Tracadie Bay on the North Shore of Prince Edward Island. The spacious deck overlooks the National Park sand dunes that separate Tracadie Bay from the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Great Blue Herons feed in the Bay, while Bald Eagles frequently perch in the Spruce trees on the cliff top. The house is located on a large lot, almost at the end of a private road, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
When the tide is out you can stroll along the shore, dig for clams, or hunt for sea glass. If you are an outdoor sports person, launch your kayak on the Bay and head for the pristine dunes on the islands on the far side.

Located only 5 minutes down the road you will find one of the Island’s best kept secrets, Blooming Point Beach. You can walk for hours along this white sand beach, make sandcastles, or swim in the gentle waves. The National Park beaches of Dalvay, Stanhope and Brackley are only 15 -20 minutes away, while Cavendish is a 40 minute drive.
