How do I book a summer home?
Once you go to your desired property on our website, you can then follow the link which will take you to Vrbo. You can view the calendar availability, as well as pricing. There is also additional information about the property. You can then book directly through the Vrbo website.
Is booking online secure?
Yes, it is very secure because we direct everyone to VRBO’s booking site directly.
Can I bring my pets with me?
As much we love animals, we follow the rules of the home owner, and you would need to confirm if the property is pet friendly or not. Any property we have does state it if it is pet friendly or not. We also have a “pet friendly” tab on our website.
When do I receive my check-in information?
As a general rule we send it out one week before check in, usually the first of the check in week. Sometimes you will receive earlier if time allows us!
Do you provide refills or toilet paper, paper towel, or any other products?
We provide a starter pack upon your arrival which includes 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags. If you run out, we ask that you restock yourself.
Can we have a late check-out?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a late check-out. We are usually booked for later that day and for these larger homes, we have need the full 10-4 to get them ready for our next guests! We want to make sure they are sparkling clean for our next guests!
Do you provide shampoo & conditioner?
As a rule we don’t provide these products because everyone has their own needs, we figure, you will be bringing your favorites to enjoy while on holiday!
What if we want to stay an extra few day?
The only way to know if we have availability to extend is to contact the property manager or to check on the VRBO website. Summer rentals are in high demand and we are usually booked from Saturday to Saturday. But never hurts to check!
