Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! This luxurious 5 bedroom home extends over two separate living spaces, making it ideal for two families to share. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Sou’West River from the property’s various balconies or soak in the scenery from the sunken hot tub.
Gather the family around the harvest table under the covered patio or move the party to the lower garden where a stunning island stone fire pit and large sectional couch awaits. Privacy and tranquility abounds thanks to the expansive 1.5 acre lot with mature trees between neighbouring cottages. Access to the river is just steps away.
Entering the property via the 3 car garage, you will find recreational toys for your enjoyment (bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards). Step into the sunny breezeway that separates the east/west wings. This is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the natural cross breeze that flows through the property.
In the west wing (lofted above the garage) you will find one queen bedroom, another with two twin beds and a full bathroom with heated floors. Also located in this area is a kitchenette and large living space with home theatre. Don’t miss the views from the two walkout balconies. Stay for a while on the luxurious patio furniture.
