Misty River Rental is a waterfront property which is situated on the North Shore of PEI in Oyster Bed. This is the perfect location for guests who want privacy, but to also be close to amenities. This property is only 25 minutes to Charlottetown and 15 minutes to North Rustico. This spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage property is close proximity to beaches, fresh seafood restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. One of the many features of this cottage is the separate sunroom adds extra space for entertaining and relaxing. Inside the sunroom is a half bathroom and small kitchenette for barbecue prep.

The open concept main floor features many windows which allow guests to take in the beautiful countryside and ocean views. The kitchen allows you to cook comfortably with lots of cupboard space and seating around the island, while keeping conversation with those who are in the adjacent living room. Found in the living room is comfortable furniture and many windows to let in sunlight and views. The warm and inviting master bedroom is found on the main floor which has a queen size bed, and adjacent to that, is the full bathroom which is equipped with a washer and dryer, standup shower.

The 2 other bedrooms are found upstairs. To the left of the stairs, there is the second bedroom looking over the beautiful view of the water. This bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. To the right of the stairs, you will find the third bedroom which overlooks the countryside. There is a queen and single bed in this room as well. Both bedrooms provide a quiet and comfortable space for guests to have a restful sleep.

Outside, you will find a large yard for outdoor activities. The deck which is found on the backside of the property, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the water.
